It's also impressive to friends/sigs if you can say, "think I can touch that branch?" and actually follow through. Rec Sports trainer Devin Wicks explains the basics of jumping and suggests some key exercises to help you achieve your goal. Check out the Learning Center for Devin's advice. Held on Sunday, November 15th, the event will feature a 5K/10K foot race through San Francisco and includes a festive post race celebration with food, entertainment, vendors fans and supporters of all the participating Universities. Trailing far behind was American swimmer Dara Torres with 13%. Lisa Leslie came in at 7%. Other athletes on the list also included Jennie Finch, Michelle Wie, and Abby Wambach. See the full results!
