The Recreational Sports Facility is an authorized US Government Passport Acceptance Facility. Avoid hassles and long lines at the Post Office! In addition to convenient hours, we offer all the necessary forms, expedited service, and a friendly staff. And we’re the only place in town open on the weekend!

Payment Methods
You will need to provide two separate payments for each application.
Payment # 1: Passport Application Fee
- Make check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State. No credit cards or cash accepted.
Payment #2: Passport Processing Fee (plus any optional fees)
- Make check or money order payable to UC Regents. You may also use cash or credit card for payments to UC Regents.
Location
The Passport Acceptance facility is located at the Cal Rec Club membership desk on the first floor of the RSF, at 2301 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94720. We can be reached via telephone at 510.642.7796.
Hours
Normal office hours are Monday -Friday 11am - 6pm and Saturdays from 10am - 3pm.
The Passport Acceptance Facility observes the following university holiday closures: January 1, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving (Closed Thursday and Friday), and Winter Holiday*. Winter Holidays vary from year to year.
