Class Descriptions
Strength Training/50+
Increase your strength and fitness level by learning to use free weights and weight lifting machines safely and effectively in a supportive environment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers or solid shoes.

Please note that online sign up is only available up to three days before the first day of class. This is so we can deliver accurate rosters to the instructors. If you've missed this window, you can still sign up in person at the RSF using the enrollment forms found under Member Resources in the right side column of this page.

Should you prefer to fill out a paper application you can download an Adult Registration Form, complete it and return it to the RSF Cashier at 2301 Bancroft Way.
