The Guest Services Counter is located at the entrance to the Haas Recreation Locker Room. Normal operating hours are 6am - 1am Monday - Thursday, 6am - 11pm Friday, 8:00am - 11pm Saturday, and 8:00am - 1ampm Sunday.

Court Reservations
+ Members may make a 1-hour reservation for tennis, squash, or handball/racquetball court at the Guest Services Counter either in person or during designated call-in hours (642-8345). Courts reservations may be made in one day advance.
Court reservations are made on the hour and must be claimed within 15 minutes past the hour, or the reservation will be forfeited. Two or more players are required to claim a reserved court. Members wishing to make field reservations or to reserve recreational facilities for special events or for large groups (going beyond general recreation play) may do so at special rates. Please call the scheduling office at 643-9262 for availability and rental rates.
